*Students enrolled in Intermediate or Senior Band, Instrumental or Vocal programs will receive 2 private lessons when enrolling in KISSM for three (3) weeks. Two week students receive 1 private lesson.
Withdrawal of student from KISSM2011 - Due to faculty contracts we are unable to refund after June 1st, 2011. An exception will be made in the case of a family emergency or serious illness. All refunds will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee.
Deposits and payment deadlines. A minimum deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of registration. We take Visa and Cheques, in certain instances payments can be made by cash.
For students who have completed Kindergarten through to Grade 4. Students who are in this age category will enjoy a variety of music, play and creative classes.

For students who are starting school band in September 2010, and/or Grade 5, 6 or 7 students who wish to learn guitar, play in a band or sing in choir.
(Strings) For students who have completed one or more years of lessons on Violin, Viola or Cello
(Piano) For students who have completed one or more years of private piano lessons.

Download the 2011 Medical Form and the Consent Form and send them along with your registration.
We will arrange billeting for out-of-town students for an additional administration fee of $40 per student (see registration forms.) A daily fee of $25.00 is also paid to the host family for room, board and transportation to and from KISSM. The daily billeting fee is payable in advance to the host family, we recommend that as soon as the child arrives that a cheque or cash is presented to the host family. Any host families arranged through KISSM are pre-inspected by KISSM, and are required to undergo criminal records checks. Note: Billeting is not guaranteed. Please complete the Billeting Request Form and email it to the KISSM office as soon as possible. Please review the billet info letter with your child prior to arriving at KISSM.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of musical ability and leadership as demonstrated in school music programs. Students must complete and hand in a scholarship application to be considered for these scholarships. Scholarship application forms may be obtained from your school music teacher, from this link, or by mail or telephone request to KISSM. All scholarship applications must be endorsed by the student's school music teacher. Only completed application forms received by the deadline will be considered. Scholarship Application
Bursaries are awarded to deserving students on the basis of financial need, as funding permits. Bursary awards are limited to a maximum of $150 per student. Any student attending KISSM is elegible to apply for a bursary. Students must complete and hand in a Bursary Application Form to be considered for a bursary. Bursary application forms are available from most school music teachers, many private music teachers, may be downloaded, or by mail or telephone request to KISSM. The deadline for Scholarship and Bursary Applications is June 1, 2011.
Additional sources of bursaries or scholarships may be found through school music support organizations, school Parent Advisory Councils, and some community service organizations. We encourage you to contact any of these organizations for possible financial assistance.
